Cathy Sharon "Shooting" di Vila Angker

Minggu, 3 April 2011 | 15:46 WIB

JAKARTA - Artis Cathy Sharon (28) baru saja merampungkan shooting film Perfect House.

(BSW)

Jadi Kuas Tubuh Telanjang Kesha

Minggu, 3 April 2011 | 17:49 WIB

Weekend Wrap Up

Listen puppies, we're running short on time and low on energy today so we're going to be brief and perhaps less pithy than usual. At 2:45 this morning Your Mama and the Dr. Cooter were rudely awakened by a car horn blaring into the quiet night. We shuffled down stairs and peeped through the living room window just in time to see our boozy b.f.f. Fiona Trambeau slither out of a late model Dodge Charger and on to the street. Not surprisingly a bearded, barrel-chested and beer-bellied bruiser of a man came around the car to help a wobbly Fiona stand up on her Lucite wedge heels and squeeze her chee-chees back into a bespangled and not particularly clean tube top.

As Your Mama and the Dr. Cooter stepped out into the crisp air Fiona shrieked and cooed with delight. "Oh hi, hunnies! This here's Billy. We met him at Martoonis the other day and he was nice enough to drive little ol' me down from Frisco."

"Fiona, gurl, what are you doing here?"

"Didn't I call you to tell you I was coming? No? Well, I gotta get out to J.T. to see Ginny. Beehawtcha's getting married again on Wednesday." J.T. is Joshua Tree and Ginny is Fiona's step-mother Virginia Slim who has been married at least 7 times, including three times to a postal worker who goes by the name Bud Wiser.

"Is she marrying that dumb-ass Bud again?"

"No siree," she whistled through the gap where her left eye tooth should be and was the last time we saw her. "This time it's some some twenty-something year old hot body named Pedro or Pablo or Pancho whom she met when he bagged her groceries at the Piggly-Wiggly or whatever damn market it is they got out there. That crazy woman just met the man two weekends ago and that sumbitch already moved in to her trailer with his 12 year old nephew and some goddam cats. You know how Ginny is. If a man even looks at her in a manner she interprets as sexual she's determined to get him to marry her 87-pound bag of bones. I'm going to be the maid of honor again, of course. Daddy, God rest his cirrhotic liver, would want it that way don't you think?"

Needless to say, Your Mama and Fiona (plus our long bodied bitches Linda and Beverly) are off to Joshua Tree tomorrow for the big weddin'. We sent Billy and his Dodge Charger on his way just as soon as he rousted himself from his alcohol stupor at 2pm today.

Anyhoo, we digress...

1.
Just before addled and ego maniacal actor Charlie Sheen jumped on his broomstick–or whatever mode of transportation is preferred by self-proclaimed warlocks–and headed to Motor City where he was unceremoniously booed off the stage during the opening of his Violent Torpedo of Truth stage show last night, he closed escrow on a 9,000-plus square foot mansion in the Mulholland Estates, the very same guard-gated Los Angeles community where he currently lives in a smaller mansion with his gaggle "goddess" gal pals.

The house, originally listed at $7,495,000, was sold by Hollywood heavyweight Mike Medavoy. Property records (and previous reports) reveal wild-eyed Mister Sheen paid a suitably complicated $6,999,999 for the 6 bedroom and 9 bathroom mansion.

The day before the deal was done Your Mama heard from one of our real estate industry pals with an ear to the ground in Bev Hills who told us that Mister Sheen paid for the house in part with a $4,100,000 cash loan from–are you ready for this, chickens?–Lenny Dykstra. We can't confirm or deny whether there's a shred of truth to that but, children, even the rumor is fascinating. What's most suspicious about the rumor is that Mister Dysktra went belly up bankrupt in 2009 and lost at least one humongaloid house in suburban L.A. to foreclosure so how he came up with four and some million bucks to (allegedly) loan to a loose cannon like Charlie Sheen is a bit of a mystery.

2.
Unlucky in love actress Renee Zellweger recently busted up with her actor-beau Bradley Cooper. She had better luck selling her two New York City apartments that she listed in late 2010 with an asking price of $8,925,000. According to The New York Times this week, the two units, which combined measure around 5,000 square feet and include a large 1 bedroom and 1 pooper unit and a far larger unit with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms were recently put into contract by actress Leelee Sobieski and her fashion designer husband Adam Kimmel.

3.
This one is for the republican children: The New York Times recently had a brief visit with former first lady Laura Bush as the Texas ranch she shares with her gum-smacking former president huzband George.

4.
Curbed has an update on the expansion and reconstruction of the massive New York City mansion bought by Madonna last year for $32,000,000. The Kabbalah Kween, an unrepentant real estate size queen if there ever was one, added an entire floor to the already gigantic triple-wide townhouse in the East 80s, reportedly to house her home gym. Current work visible by her new neighbors includes the installation of a roof top deck.

Your Mama has heard through the gossip grapevine–but can not confirm–that The Kabbalah Kween has her multi-unit combination spread at Harperley Hall on the Upper West Side quietly on the market with a number so high that Your Mama dare not (and will not) repeat it because we just don't believe she'd be so damn foolish to ask that amount that high.

5.
There are multitudes of reports that the giant mansion off of Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles where the American Idol contestants are living is haunted with a possibly demonic presence. Pleeze. While matriculating back in the Dark Ages Your Mama lived in a turn of the century-farmhouse we believed to be haunted by a man in a dark suite and a black hat so far be it from Your Mama to poo-poo reports of paranormal activity. None the less, we're going to poo-poo anyway because we smell a publicity ploy and find it a difficult to believe that a newly built mega-mansion could have any spirits lingering in the halls and ceiling corners. Whatever the case, the Idol kids have reportedly decamped to another house that is not, presumably, inhabited by demons.

6.
Tiger Woods has put his Privacy up for sale with an (alleged) asking price of $25,000,000. There isn't enough Pine-Sol and sage in the world to get Your Mama to step up on that boat.

7.
Much to the chagrin of many, Your Mama has so far refrained from discussing or commenting on the much-yakked about recent record-breaking $100,000,000 purchase of a Silicon Valley mega-mansion by Russian born venture capitalist Yuri Milner.

The approximately 30,000 square foot French chateau-style pile was not listed on the open market but previous reports and the architect's website reveal the opulent mansion wraps around a central courtyard with fountain and includes main rooms unconventionally located on the second level to take advantage of the "dramatic Bay views." The cavernous entrance hall has soaring double-height ceilings and a massive skylight surrounded by a hand-painted fresco. One wing includes generous entertainment spaces that include a ballroom, formal dining room, home theater, wine cellar and a separate wing contains family rooms and bedroom suites. The property includes vast lawns, large loggias, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a tennis court.

When it came to the design and construction of the hotel-sized house there was not, the architect William Hablinski told the the Wall Street Journal, "a real budget." Given that Mister Milner is not likely to occupy the residence full time but rather only when in town to over see investments in tech superstar companies such as Facebook, Groupon. and Zynga, it all seems like a terrible waste of money and resources. But then again, we're not in the same real estate league as a nouveau rich Russian billionaire so who are we to judge, right?

Fairy tale comic

Hansel and Gretel

You need:
  1. white drawing sheet A5 size

  2. pencil

  3. markers or colour pencils

  4. fine black marker

The goal for this lesson is to convert a famous fairy tale into a comic. Students may draw only four pictures, so they should think very carefully about the most important scenes in the story. The story should be obvious from just those four pictures!

Divide the sheet into four sections. Draw four scenes and use speech bubbles if you want to. Colour the drawings with markers or colour pencils. Outline them with a fine black marker. You can choose to colour the drawings completely, but also a black and white strip with a single accent colour is nice.

Justin Long Has Terrible Real Estate Timing

SELLER: Justin Long
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA
PRICE: $1,649,000
SIZE: 3,388 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms

YOUR MAMAS NOTES: Actor Justin Long is perhaps best known among common folk as the spokesperson for Apple's "I'm A Mac" campaign and for his on again/off again relationship with troubled child star turned Hollywood power player Drew Barrymore. His entertainment bizness resume also includes a long list of appearances in cinematic diamonds like Jeepers Creepers, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, Herbie: Fully Loaded, Pineapple Express, He's Just Not That into You and Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel.

The wee lamb, bless his heart, is also about to be known as one of the many celebrities hit smack upside the head by a number of optimistic and ill-timed real estate purchases soured by the dramatic Kablooey-Kablam! of the most recent real estate super-bubble.

Bright and early yesterday morning, well before Your Mama had even a single gin & tonic down in us, we received a missive from The Bizzy Boys at Celebrity Address Aerial who informed us that Mister Justin Long recently and drastically lowered the asking price of a Los Angeles, CA residence he owns in the Oaks neighborhood.

Property records and earlier reports show that Mister Long purchased the Mediterranean style mini-mansion in May of 2008 for $1,999,000. The house, built in 1990, had been owned from the early 1990s to 2003 by another celebrity, Blair Underwood. Current listing information shows the 3,338 square foot residence includes a walled courtyard at the front with built-in barbecue center, double-height living room with loft, dining room with wet bar and a u-shaped gore-may kitchen with large work island. All three bedrooms have private poopers including the master suite that also features a wood-beamed ceiling, awkwardly located fireplace and walk-in closet with inexpensive looking shelving system.

Interestingly, current listing photos show identical day-core–down to the bed linens and dish towels–as was shown in the listing photos utilized back in 2008 when Mister Long acquired the property. We're not sure if that means that old listing photos are being used again or if Mister Long purchased the house lock, stock and pillow case and neither added nor removed nary a thing from the house in the intervening years.

Mister Long first listed the property back in early December of 2009 with an asking price of $1,999,000, exactly what he paid for the place 1.5 years earlier. Eventually the price dipped to $1,899,000. In December 2010 the property was de-listed and re-listed the same day with a new and even lower asking price of $1,799,000. On the 21st of March, according to Redfin, Mister Long and his Real Estates karate-chopped the priced by a significant $150,000, which brought asking price to its current $1,649,000.

A couple quick flicks of the hard-working beads on Your Mama's bejeweled abacus reveals that's a noteworthy $350,000 less than Mister Long paid for the property. If we move and manipulate the bejeweled abacus beads another way it shows Mister Long's L.A. abode is currently listed for nearly 18% less than he paid for the place almost three years ago.

Discussion
topic: Did Mister Long over-pay for his home in the Oaks neighborhood, puppies, or has the real estate market in even fairly prime areas of Los Angeles fallen that much in the last few years?

Those who wish to participate in the debate but are not over-familiar with the specific 'hoods in and around Los Angeles should bear in mind the the Oaks neighborhood where Mister Long's real estate white elephant is located is not the same as The Oaks, the Calabasas, CA development where celebrity residents include Kourtney Kardashian, Travis Barker and Kathyrn Jackson–that would be Michael's momma–who currently leases a large mansion in The Oaks while she works over the Jackson family's long-time homestead on Hayvenhurst Avenue that is–the records we accessed indicate–technically and legally owned jointly by the estate of Mister Jackson and his sister La Toya. In 2008 the Hayvenhurst property entered into pre-foreclosure but since Mister Jackson's death money has poured into the coffers of his estate and whatever debt previously secured by the property has reportedly been paid.

Anyhhoo, this is not, as it turns out, the first time that Mister Long has been bitten by the sharp teeth of a real estate mistake. In May of 2007 Mister Long paid $1,450,000 to acquire a modestly-sized single-level mid-century modern(ish) house on La Cuesta Drive in the Hollywood Hills. By August of 2008 he had the house back on the market with an asking price of $1,495,000. Property records show that the property was sold October of 2009 for $1,200,000, a figure that represents a frightening and meaningful quarter of a million dollar strike against Mister Long's bank accounts.

But children, it gets even worse for Mister Long. In July of 2008–just about the time he bought the house he now has for sale at a $350,000-plus loss–Mister Long splashed out $2,425,000–some records show $2,291,062–to purchase a 2 bedroom and 2 pooper condo in a newly constructed and very contemporary Bernard Tschumi-designed tower in lower Manhattan called BLUE. A few minute's research on the interweb reveals that in September of 2010 Mister Long flipped his 1,975 square foot condo on the market with a frustratingly complicated asking price of $1,943,400, a staggering loss of $481,600.

The L-shaped condo (above), which listing information indicates had a rental tenant in place until the end of February 2011, has a long entrance hall, a living room with north, west and southern exposures, a decently sized kitchen, dining area, laundry closet, two actual bedrooms–one with private pooper and large walk-in closet–plus a small study/office area that could be converted to a tiny bedroom with the addition of just one non-structural wall.

Now children, let's put on our thinking caps and do a little real estate mathematics, shall we? In 2009 Mister Long waved bye-bye to $250,000 when he sold his house on La Cuesta Drive. He stands to lose $350,000 (and more) on the house he currently has listed in the Oaks neighborhood in Los Angeles–that's a $600,000 combined loss–and he's looking at another fat $481,600 (plus fees) loss on his Big Apple digs. That means that even if Mister Long and his Real Estates manages to miraculously secure full price sales on both homes he currently has on the market he's looking at total and totally punishing loss of $1,081,600 (plus fees) on his poorly-timed real estate transactions.

Your Mama would be shocked to the point of faint iffin we were to learn that Mister Long isn't able to endure such a substantial financial loss but a million dollar-plus hit to his bank accounts has got to be, none-the-less, a special kind of torture.

Chris Brown Angers West Hollywood Neighbors

BUYER: Chris Brown
LOCATION: West Hollywood, CA
PRICE: $1,600,000
SIZE: 3,175 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms

YOUR MAMAS NOTES: Last month trigger-tempered and tantrum tossing entertainer Chris Brown closed escrow clean-lined contemporary penthouse condo atop a newly-built 7-unit complex in West Hollywood, CA for which property records and previous reports reveal he paid $1,600,000.

Now, just a month later, his new neighbors area are having a full-on hissy fit because of Mister Browns (allegedly) raucous late-night ways. One person (who may or may not be a resident of the building) told gossip juggernaut Radar Online that other tenants in the building are getting sick and tired of Mister Brown's "posse traipsing around until the late hours of the night."

Mister Brown's 3,175 square foot penthouse crib, according to listing information Your Mama teased up out of the internets, occupies the entire top floor of the four-floor building and includes 3 bedrooms and 3.5 poopers.

Interior amenities include direct elevator access, bamboo flooring–there's wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms, double-paned windows, private terraces, high ceilings, no common walls (besides the floor), stainless steel kitchen appliances, designer-appointed poopers with separate tubs and showers and secured parking for two cars in the underground garage.

Despite three Grammy nominations, Mister Brown remains–arguably–far more famous for the 2009 physical altercation he had with his ex-girlfriend Rihanna than he will ever be for his music.

Mister Brown was represented in the purchase by none other that über-agent Mauricio Umansky who is not only married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Kyle Richards but–Your Mama hears through the reality tee-vee gossip grapevine–will be featured on the upcoming reality program Selling Los Angeles, a spin off of HGTV's Selling New York program.

Vicki Gunvalson Gives It Another Go

SELLER: Vicki and Donn Gunvalson
LOCATION: Coto de Caza, CA
PRICE: $2,695,000
SIZE: 5,400 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 5.25 bathrooms

YOUR MAMAS NOTES: The Real Housewives of Orange County's old-timer Vicki Gunvalson–the only original member of the cast–has (again) heaved her house in Coto de Caza, CA on the market, this time with an asking price of $2,695,000. Listing information also indicates that Miz Gunvalson would consider leasing the property at an unknown (and unadvertised) monthly rate.

The hard-charging insurance selling dynamo and her mellow soon-to-be ex-husband Donn first attempted to sell their 1-acre family homestead in the upscale gated community down behind the Orange Curtain way back in June of 2007 when it was listed an asking price of $3,750,000. Unlike back in 2007, the property is not listed with Miz Gunvalsons' former b.f.f. and former Real Housewives of Orange County cast mate Jeana Keough.

Their intent–at that time–was to downsize into a house they'd bought in April of 2007 for $1,650,000. Within a month Mister and Missus Gunvalson had a real estate change of heart and flipped the house back on the market with an asking price of $1,780,000. After the property was de- and re-listed almost a dozen times, it was finally taken off the market in late October of 2009 and property records show the house is still owned by Miss and soon to be ex-Mister Gunvalson.

Property records reveal that Mister and Missus Gunvalson acquired their Coto de Caza casa in December of of 2001 for $1,100,000. The erstwhile couple–who still live together in their love tank drained home–recently gave some of the interior spaces a face lift that included the installation hardwood floors on the lower level and the replacement of the staircase banister and spindles. The renovation work was done in a valiant but probably futile effort to squeeze an extra $250,000 of value out of the property.

Current listing information shows the house measures (approximately) 5,400 square feet and includes 5 bedrooms and 5.25 bathrooms. Listing information from 2007, it shall be noted, shows the property includes 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Make of that what you will.

The house itself, which listing information classifies as "French," is about as ordinary as all the other over-sized "French" mcmansions in Coto de Caza. Where Miz Gunvalson might have a slight edge over other homes in the community of the same magnitude is her half million dollar resort-style backyard that includes expansive terraces, shaded patios with built-in ambient heating system, an outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue, built-in fire pit with seating and a lagoon-style swimming pool and spa with waterfall, water slide and Playboy Mansion-style grotto outfitted with a television and full bath.

There are, according to Redfin, three other homes on Miz Gunvalson's cul-de-sac currently on the market–including the property immediately next door–ranging in price from $1,999,000 to $2,595,000. That's a lot of damn competition on a street with just 13 residences. In 2009 and 2010 Miz Gunvalson's former b.f.f. Jeana Keough unsuccessfully attempted to sell her gigantic house, located just a few door down and across the street from Mister and Missus Gunvalson, but somehow managed a loan modification that, apparently, allowed the financially struggling real estate agent/reality tee-vee denizen to remain in residence.

What Miz Gunvalson's real estate plans are (if and) when she sells off her house are not known but Your Mama would fall right out of our easy chair if the woo-hooing insurance broker left the immediate area and/or didn't buy herself a luxurious but perfectly quotidian bachelorette pad in or around Coto de Caza.
